まず、Aをつけて、しばらくしてから消して、Bをつけたときに部屋にいくと、ついている部屋がBとつながっている、と解ります。

他の部屋の電灯を触ってみて、暖かいほうがAと解るから、冷たいままの残った電灯の部屋がCだとわかります。
先につけておいて、電灯を暖かくしておくというところがポイントなので、それさえわかれば簡単。

Q134 の別解です。というか冗談です。

まずAを十分な時間点灯させます。10年くらいでいいでしょう。
それからBをつけて、部屋に入ります。
電気がついてるのがB、電球が切れてるのがAです。

10年待てない場合には、類似の次の方法もあります。

まずAを十分な回数点滅させます。この場合は1年もやれば十分
でしょう。それからBをつけて、部屋に入ります。
電気がついてるのがB、電球が切れてるのがAです。

”I think I got this one!
I used to have Sony Handy-cam whith a Night Vision function.
This detects heat from the object you are shooting. Assuming
you have access to this type of device.

1. Go to the switch room, turn on two of them. leave it a while,
 then turn only one off.

2. Come back to the living room (or whereever the light bulbs
  are) and you know, the one lit is connected to the switch
  which is still on.

 Among two non-lit ones, the one with higher temperatrue
  (brighter with the night vision camera) is to the switch what
 was on but you just turned off.
 And cooler one is the one you did't turn on to begin with.

 If the light bulbs are not fixed too high on the ceeling,
 you could just "touch" them instead of using fancy devices.
